Controlled substantial budgets (several million), and held responsibility for the negotiation of contracts and for capital expenditure.
Implemented and worked with a number of collections software systems, both bespoke and proprietary – CACS, Talleyman, Debt Manager, TietoEnator.
Has both sold and purchased debt. Carried out one of the UK’s first secondary debt sales.
Excellent ‘hands on’ knowledge of Consumer and Commercial lending, application and behavioural scoring, litigation, business planning and marketing, product development and vehicle disposal.
Has collected on all types of unsecured consumer debt, including sub-prime.
